Terms of Service & Customer Agreement

  1. Service Overview

Remsy Trash Bin Cleaning Inc. provides professional, eco-friendly curbside trash, recycling, and compost bin cleaning services for residential and commercial customers. Services may be scheduled as one-time cleanings or recurring plans (monthly, quarterly, or on-demand) and are performed at the customer’s designated service address on the scheduled cleaning day.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth and effective service, customers agree to the following:

  • Bins Must Be Empty
    All trash, recycling, or compost bins must be completely empty on the day of service.
    If bins contain waste, Remsy will skip the cleaning and the visit will still be charged.

  • Bins Must Be Accessible
    Bins must be placed curbside or in an easily accessible area on the scheduled service day (preferably on trash day or the day after).

  • No Hazardous Materials
    Remsy does not clean bins that contain or are coated with hazardous or prohibited materials, including but not limited to:
    • Oil, grease, fuel, or petroleum products
    • Paint, chemicals, or solvents
    • Medical waste or sharps
    • Human or animal feces
    • Dead animals
    • Cement, adhesives, or construction debris
    • Radioactive, flammable, or explosive materials

If any of the above are present, the bin will be skipped and no refund will be issued.

  1. Payments & Billing

  2. Card on File Required
    All customers must keep a valid credit or debit card on file.

  3. Billing Cycle
    Charges are processed automatically based on the selected service plan (monthly, quarterly, or one-time).

  4. Missed or Failed Payments
    If a payment fails, services may be paused until the account is brought current. Late or declined payments may result in additional fees or service suspension.

  5. Cancellations & Refunds

  6. Cancel Anytime
    Customers may cancel service with at least 48 hours’ notice before their next scheduled cleaning or billing date.

  7. No Refund Policy
    All payments are non-refundable unless Remsy fails to provide the service due to our own error.

  8. Right to Refuse Service
    Remsy reserves the right to cancel or refuse service if hazardous materials are present, if payment issues persist, or if customer conduct is unsafe or inappropriate.

  9. Service Limitations
    • Remsy is not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins.
    • We are not liable for damage to property if bins are not placed in a safe, accessible location.
    • Weather conditions, traffic, or equipment issues may occasionally cause delays. Customers will be notified if rescheduling is necessary.

  10. Privacy Policy

Remsy Trash Bin Cleaning Inc. collects customer information only for billing, scheduling, and service communication. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except when legally required.

By scheduling or paying for service, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined above. This agreement helps ensure a safe, fair, and professional experience for everyone.
